working at home
redundancy becomes
more attractive
"redundancy" always sounds so polite to Americans, whereas "sacked" seems so crude. lately I've been hearing sterile designations like "downsizing", "outsourcing" or "reorganization", all of which mean the same thing: involuntary early retirement for those involved.
Cheers!
